Mindful Self Compassion


Today practice self compassion. Love yourself for all you have been, all you are today, and all you will become. Treat yourself with kindness, let go of self-criticism. Tune into the world right now. Notice what is happening. What is meaningful in the moment? What value can you create now? What are you saying to yourself? If you find your internal thoughts are negative. STOP! Make the conscious choose to change those thoughts and keep a positive mindset. Give your self support, show yourself kindness, be enthusiastic about all that is authentically you right now.  Let go of thoughts that do not make you strong.  Fear is an illusion. Failure only happens when you stop trying. Have faith in yourself.
