Fall Harvest Bake


Ingredients

* 1 large acorn squash, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch - 1-inch cubes
* 2 large tart cooking apples cut into 1/2-inch - 1-inch cubes
* 1 can whole cranberries sauce
* 1/4 Agave nector
* 1 Tbsp flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
* 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
For the topping:
*1/2 cup rolled oats
*1/2 cup chopped pecans
*1/4 cup brown sugar
*2 tbsp smart balance butter



1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Peel and cut squash and apples.

2 Mix together squash, apples , 1 can whole cranberries, flour, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

3 Mix together rolled oats, chopped pecans, brown sugar, softened butter.

4 Place in ungreased 7x11-inch baking dish. Drizzle Agave nector on top.

5 Sprinkle on topping mixture.

6 Bake 50-60 minutes.

Serves 6.
